Privacy policy

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number and, for businesses, your company name. Creators also provide the mobile money number or bank account that payouts are sent to.

When you submit content we store the link to your post, the platform it is on, your handle on that platform, and the view count we verify during review.

We store a session identifier in a secure cookie so you stay signed in. That cookie contains no personal detail.

We use your details to run your account, review your submissions, calculate what you are owed and send you money. Business accounts see the creator name, handle, platform, post link and view count for submissions made to their own campaigns.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share your payout details with the businesses funding campaigns.

We measure aggregate traffic to the site so we know which pages are useful. This measurement is cookieless, does not track individuals across the web, and does not build a profile of you.

Account and submission records are retained while your account is open, and for a further six years after closure where we are required to keep transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.

You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to retain.

You can access, correct or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask for a copy of it in a portable format. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Passwords are stored hashed and are never readable by anyone, including us. Payout details and account information are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to the staff who need it to run payouts and reviews.
