No pitching, no waiting on a brand to reply, no invoices. The rate is published upfront and the pool is already funded.
Browse live campaigns and read the brief. Every one shows the pool size, the rate per 1,000 views and exactly what the brand wants.
Make the content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook, then paste the link into Maven. One post can qualify for one campaign.
We check the post against the brief. Approved clips start counting views towards your balance straight away.
Once you pass K50, cash out to MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Zamtel Kwacha or your bank account.
Move the sliders. This is the same formula Maven uses to calculate every payout, with no deductions on the creator side.

Instead of paying one influencer a fixed fee and hoping, put the same money into a pool and let hundreds of Zambian creators compete for it.
A worked example for a mid-sized Lusaka brand.
At K45 per 1,000 views that buys roughly
355,000 views
Spread across dozens of separate creator accounts and audiences, not one.
Nothing. Creating an account, browsing campaigns and submitting content is free, and Maven does not take a percentage of what you earn. The rate you see on a campaign is the rate you are paid.
Businesses pay a 20% platform fee on top of the reward pool they fund. If a brand wants K16,000 to reach creators, they fund K20,000 and Maven keeps K4,000. That fee covers ZRA taxes, the review team, payment processing and running the platform. Campaigns run by Maven itself are not charged the fee.
View counts are checked when your submission is reviewed and again as the campaign runs. Approved earnings land in your Maven balance, and you can withdraw once you are above K50. Mobile money withdrawals are usually settled within 48 hours.
No. Maven pays for views, not followers. A brand new account that lands one clip at 80,000 views earns more than an account with 100,000 followers that gets 4,000 views on a post.
You get a written reason. Most rejections are simple fixes: the brand tag is missing, the clip is too short, or the content does not match the brief. You can edit and resubmit while the campaign still has budget left.
No. Each post can only be claimed against one campaign, which keeps the pools fair. You can of course post different content for as many campaigns as you like.
Every pool is funded upfront and shown on the campaign card, so you always know what is left before you make anything. When the pool is exhausted the campaign closes to new submissions and already-approved work is still paid.
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X. Each campaign lists the platforms the brand wants, and only those are eligible for that campaign.
Join the Zambian creators turning views into kwacha, and the brands reaching real audiences without an agency in the middle.
